I have E Mailed the Webmistress to find out the maximum number of characters for the thread title. It appears to display 60 characters when scrolling the 5$ and under group, but only 40 or so when you go to the opening post.

I also asked her if the opening post can be moved and a new one take its place or if the original Franco post can be expanded somehow.

OFF TOPIC to VBH: Well the NCAA has done it again. Two teams undefeated. Yes, during the season, Michigan apparently played the tougher schedules(but their opponents did much worse than Nebraska's in the bowls). Yes, Nebraska had squeakers against Missou and Colorado. But Michigan trailed during the Rose and could have lost. Tennessee was NEVER in the game. Tennessee is a better team than Wash. State also.

IMHO, if Nebraska plays Michigan, Huskers win 7 out of 10 times, at least. Since number 1 is a snapshot AT THE END OF THE YEAR, Nebraska would have gotten my vote.

They say that the wise NCAA has solved the problem for next year. Just watch, guaranteed No 1 vs No 2 right. There will probably be three or four undefeateds next year. And then they'll need a four team playoff system.
