I added race because that has been one of the reasons why people were discriminated against historically. By your reasoning, that is ok. The only hate is on the side of those who want to discriminate. Like yourself. As to the defecation... Your mind works in strange ways. Such an act would be illegal. And it isn't discrimination to refuse service to those who act out in your establishment. As a proprietor, you can set some rules as to behavior or dress. But what happens outside of your establishment is none of your business.
