GZ: I will have to work on it. I have two days to do about two weeks of work for my day job. I will be back later on today. With any luck, I will have found a good chart of the NASDAQ to play with.

Hi GZ:

I think I may be missing something on the NASDAQ Composite. I went back and saw the first wedge in August and I believe I see the second. We had a breakout to the top on them. However, December is not as clear to me. I tried to find a wedge in December but it looks more like a rectangle to me. However, it is rising a bit.

I am not seeing what you are seeing. Am I missing something?

Now, if I go back to the October high and use that as my first point for the top line on a wedge and use the December high as the second point on the wedge I can see a top to a wedge. Then using the October low and the December low I can get a bottom line for the wedge. That would give me a falling wedge which is bullish. The breakout point to the top looks like it is at about 1610.

I have to tell you that I am still very wary of a market decline here. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
