American was let down by DNC's choice of Hillary for presidency. The people have been fed up and want change. And as I pointed out repeatedly during the primaries, the choice between Hillary and Trump would come down to the choice between change and status quo. And people chose change. Now if you Bernie had been nominated, it would have been an easy win. But the Dems simply fought battles of bygone eras. There are plenty of lessons to take away from this by all politicians for years.

PS Now I will have to pay up to my dad :( The old man still remains the best political analyst I have ever known. And predicted months ago that Trump will win despite all the "evidence" to the contrary.

I wasn't referring to the percentage of the vote from those groups, I was referring to the total number of those groups voting in battleground states compared to Obama.
