Noticed that Primestar and USSB have scheduled separate press conferences on Thursday at the CES and Thomson (RCA, Proscan, GE) on Friday. Will either or both DBS companies be announcing HDTV transmissions and Zenith as a partner? I still like Echostar as the best DBS partner for HDTV/Zenith but the owner of Echostar is one tough cookie to negotiate with. Let's hope that Zenith will be making a BIG announcment at the CES and also will schedule a news conference. Disappointing that Zenith does not have a spokesperson on the super panel discussion of HDTV/DTV, although, Taylor, at least, will be on one of the other panels. Terry, No beanie nor T-shirt, yet.
