GARY The Livingston deal or any deal that is more than 3.5 times sales boggles my small mind! Stranger than that was the share prices of these networkers when they were trading at 20plus SALES!!! To answer your question ; PROBABLY ASND makes more sense but again why does LU NEED THE MAJOR EXPENDITURE/? GARY any chance SHVA MAKES SENSE at only 2 to 3.5 X SALES? What about Bay or Xircom ?
