He needs to shrink the Federal EPA and stop their obnoxious rogue demeanor. Every state has an EPA. Some reorganization is needed as well as inspectors to manage federal lands. Most if not all federal agencies were turned into leftist political tools. They all need to be evaluated , shrunk and fine tuned.

It certainly was. I didn't think he would do nearly as well as he did. I did not see a blowout but I certainly never expected to see WI and PA in his column....
