The Chief - heres what I think may be going on. Due to tax loss selling and the POG sending junior resource stocks to the cellar, there really wasn't supposed to be any news releases just before Xmas. The SVB stocks were supposed to drift down to a low to allow the insiders to pick up the stocks at these lows. However, someone spilled the beans on the 15 meters intercept and sort of disrupted things. But with the story by the Post of a rumour and with the wording of the NR on the Monday after the halt, it was possible to have a big run up. So some of the cheap stock got sold into this runup and turned out to be an unexpected bonus. After this runup, everything crashed on the assay news release, to enable another loadup. Now why the big runup over the past few days on no news. I think there is lots of good news to come, and over the New Years drinks a few have been spilling the beans again to their friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandpapas, etc. Otherwise there is no fundamental reason for these stocks to run up as it is unlikely they will be back drilling for a week or so in the coldest part of winter where they have great difficulty keeping the water lines to the drills from freezing up solid. Its going to be quite a contest here between the Cross Lakes Timmins play, the Donner Harp Lake play, and the Alberta diamond play. Which will turn out to be a real success?

Chief...Thanks for the definitions...The picture is clearer now...I had somebody call Donner on Friday...The individual that answered the phone couldn't explain the action on the SVB plays...He was the only one there, as everbody was taking an extended New Years holiday... Apparently a lot of analysts on Bay Str. are saying that DML/NAI were heavily oversold...Thus the comeback... ...ed PS: I'm on my second trade...<g>...Made a couple of pesos on the first one and am still holding the second one... PPS: Like you analsys of the Cross...That's why I'm still waiting...
