I agree with on the point of a series of strong ticks. It's like there is enough demand to pick up the excess supply. A series of these up and down ticks creates a basing line, sort like a "WWW" after that a breakout can occur. With Cymer I hope the only way it will go is up.

PS
BTW I heard you got kicked from SI? Is it true? Why?

Zeev, it seems kind of senseless to be making predictions into February and March for Cymer. I think the main inflection points for this market will be the conference calls that follow earnings (second week of January( from Intel and some other medium/large tech companies, like Ascend, Sun Microsystems, KLA Tencor, Motorola and maybe even smaller firms like Gateway 2000 (effect of $1000 computer), Quantum. If any one of Intel, Sun or KLA Tencor talk about flat revenues, Cymer will stay below 20. If they are bullish, however, Cymer will go to 30. As much as we might not like it, Cymer's fate depends on the rest of the market. It is too subject to the whims of the larger capital equipment spending cycles, foreign concerns and general uneasiness about technology to make a run on its own. Good luck.
