Not only that, the utilities took a hit today, almost across the sector. I think someone may be betting on improved odds for an interest rate hike.

I think VTR is the cream which will rise to the top, whereas OHI has more risk associated with it. Own both, and enjoy reinvesting the larger OHI divvy soon:)

I bought some O. It may get cheaper but I was almost ready to buy some at a higher price anyway.

I'm planning to buy some sDOG (ALPS Sector Dividend Dogs).
I'm generally in individual stocks but I thought a bit of position in this ETF might give me some balancing without requiring I spend to much time on analysis.
