I'll sell you some shares @ $6 1/4:) Seriously, what's all this "we" stuff. There are like 6 posts from you with, "We are buying" in the headline. Is we you? Are you we? Are they you? Are you they? I'm no longer as bullish on this one. Next rally (even a mini) and I'm leaving it until maybe later (Spring/summer?) I, like you, like this stock...just anticipate a dwell in trading during Feb,March,April?

Of course, first sign of irregular trading will pull me back into it ASAP! Like you stated, an acquisition is possible...just not sure when. If they don't get that EBITDA improved this year (substantially) this one may lull between $4-6 for awhile (without buyout, good market conditions, decent sector strength, no co. bad news, etc.).

PS: Another reason I'm looking for an exit is I like to buy stocks that can help themselves and also get help from sector members. This one no longer fits the bill. The sector members have all just about peaked (IMHO). Not much "tail" riding can be offered to PSIX over the next couple months. Of course they can help themselves into an uptrend in share price...I tend to believe it is not one of their primary concerns at this point though. Schrader would probably sleep the same at night if this thing traded $ 2/share. Unfortunately, I would not sleep as well.

There only hope is IIXC or a foreign co. pick them up for the pops. IIXC needs pops. DIGX gave them bone...few pops. They either build them or buy them (I speculate that IIXC would rather not lease anything, especially pops). I think CNCX may get bought long before PSIX for the pop scenario...I hope I'm incorrect for the sake of all PSIX holders waiting for a buyout.

Good luck on your buys (or fund buys...not sure which?) Have a Happy New year too.

I hope you did not stay short AOC...never reached $30. Do you really like it still short? The stat's look great on that co. (cash, p. margins, growth, dividend, etc.).

Have a nice weekend,

Rich
