What agitators? There is zero evidence of that. Like the case of the boy in the wheelchair. He was upset about Trump mocking a guy with a similar condition. Or the black supporter who wanted to give Trump some ideas on how to appeal to blacks. He got attacked also. Being attacked for being a little different from his white supporters seems to be a thing with Trump's thugs. As has been noted, all someone had to do was have a T-shirt with a different message and they would get assaulted by Trump's thugs. Sort of like the brown shirted followers of someone who will remain unnamed. Or their black shirted contemporaries. I suppose it can be expected when your candidate hooked up with Nazis and Klansmen.
