dave, i am not sure but they do control over 50% of the o/s shares. when they went public, 2.8mm shs were issued, since then probably another 2mm flow through shares maximum. i would guess they own somewhere around 60% FD. Claude or Dan might be able to answer your question. they are better informed, however, i will do some digging and have an answer for you one way or another next week.
by the way, the stock has been drifting higher with very few offerings as we head toward the $1 area next week. don't be in any hurry to sell this baby as $3 is a given because of the pure silver play and the lead credits.

Dave, sorry i am getting back a little late. the moellers own 18% of CFB fully diluted. before going public they owned 28%, now they own 18%, no else owns over 5%, except me, claude and Dan. (only kidding, figure you needed a good joke) . a new reserve base will be coming out soon, maybe a week or two. drilling is ongoing. the mill is running and secondary material is still being processed. let you know more as soon as i have anything new to report.
