Hey Everyone! Yes, my understanding was that IBD was going to carry the story and a press release would follow on Monday. I'm hoping that the press release contains more info about how the aquisition will be financed... I'm personally hoping that it will come from the capital raised by the 504 they did in 3rd qtr. The other CA firm they are working on aquiring is another company entirely and it is expected to add about $4MM per year in revenue. For those who are new, yes, we've had insitutional involvement... in fact 2 institutions own 2.5MM of the 7MM float. There are currently 24MM outstanding, and the EPS of .06 for the frist 2 quarters are probably based on the previous O/S share count of 19MM, however, the 3rd quarter EPS of .06 was supposed to be fully dilluted on the new total of 24MM. Ira's plan is to take this puppy to the NASDAQ when the price goes high enough... and he has no plans to do a reverse split to get it there. I know we've all heard that kind of thing a million times before, but this time I believe it. I own companies that are worth $5/shr that aren't even maming as much money as FAMH and I don't think they even have FAMH's potential.
