I held back from buying AMES for that reason.. Just seems so planned its bothering me.. Everyone expected this rally... Japan was out of the picture so we didnt have to worry about that problem... Of course, I also decided not to purchase PAIR at 19 7/16, and im kicking myself for that as well, not to mention that I thought I was a genious for dumping my 5k of FORE at 15 15/16... Why cant I ever do anything picture perfect?? Check out TDFX when you get a moment. I have emotionally followed this stock for some time now. It has a devoted group of 'techies' who could care a less about short term. It has lots of insider buying, and earnings are 100% guaranteed to be blow out. err make that 99%.. Also look at the performance while the nasdaq was getting bashed. It dosnt get a great amount of volume but this usually works to my advantage. Each day it takes a dip, almost religiously to my limit order- and by days end there are buyers ready to pick it back up. Very speculative, but the technology is hot right now so people could care less about valuations. Intel owns a 10% stake which is always mentioned in news articles, analyst reports.. I have a feeling that Mark is going to have a field day next week with the shorts but im sitting on the sidelines for the next week. Im actually dreaming about block purchases and all my stop limits going off during a crash.. time for a vacation from the market...
