HAZ /SYO The land sale I referred to is on Jan 21/98 ; 1) a 1 section lease 21-79-16w5 and 2) a 3 section licence in 79-15w5. Both parcels should attract significant bids based on proximity and 'trendology'. The first question I would ask of SYO would be whether or not they have an AMI [AREA OF MUTUAL INTEREST] with Amber. Since this sale has the appearance of being significant, SYO may not want to elaborate on their immediate plans or their active drilling program with regards to Dawson. Your right........I pulled production data for the Dawson wells and have to agree that on 'first take' the numbers look impressive. Hopefully you will pass on some of the details of your call to SYO Have a great day...........cheers !

HAZ / Symmetry - The Nickle's Energy Weekly Operator Report for Dec 19/97 list 6 well locations for SYO. The status of three of the wells changed during the reporting week to "POIL".The locations of these three wells are 04-36-79-16W5 (Dawson) drilled to 2085 meters and listed as a new pool wildcat. The other two wells are at 55-05-W5 (St.Anne) drled to 1500 meters and listed as development well. Symmetry has three other wells listedbut no drilling has taken place as of the 19th.Two locations are at Dawson 04-25-79-16W5 and14-23-79-16W5.The other loaction is Majeau at10-21-56-03W5 listed as a reentry well. One of the Dawson's is listed as a NPW. Bye the way no new well licences have been issued to SYO since the 19th unless of course someone else is the operator??. Hope you find this info interesting, I don't follow SYO but I thought I could provide some info for you. I would think that those 3 well success may be the reason you stock has rose the past day.
