Dear James:
Now that I have tried to explain the fundamentals fo the
company, how easy it is to get to the information for one to
formulate his or her own opinion, the quality of the
numbers due to our surrounding cast and the rationale for
all of this -- to get listed--Let me tell you where we are in that
process:
-as you may know,we applied to Sm Cap Nasdaq in the
beginning of 1997,we met with them in June of 1997.They
informed us, via letter, that they wanted Audited statements
to reflect all of the acqusitions that we made subsequent to March 31,1997 . At that time,We just paid over $100,000 to complete the 3|31|97 audit. We made a decision(RIGHT

the same thing as Sm Cap Nasdaq. At this juncture we have called in Grant Thornton to begiin the Audit. Who will we
decide to go with ? we haven't decided yet.

SI BB stocks (such as ours) for hype,If you are considered Hyping
you won't make it.In addition, they are going to drop 3400 BB stocks who are not fully reporting, We are pleased that we meet everything
and have decided to go with the AUDIT
