That is exactly how it should be. The wealthy are wealthy because they took advantage of opportunities. Those without are there because they did not. Tax breaks should be given to those who will reinvest it. In doing so they create jobs for those who do not know how. Giving them the opportunity to work and preform up to their capability There will always be citizen class levels. Regardless what type of political system. Russia and China are Communist. Putin a billionaire is far better off than the common folk. There are rich Chinese, working class, and poor farmers. Canada is socialist Here there is also the rich, middle class lower income workers, poverty and the homeless. Class is a fact of existence on earth. Determined by ones own smarts and ability. And has been thru out history and always will be. The only way to get away from it, is a one way trip to the Happy Hunting Grounds. There at the trails end The rich, the smart, imbecile and animal, lay side by side still, silent and equal.
