Australian politic is pretty squeaky clean compared with the US. You can't call Trump a criminal until he's finally convicted of spending the charitable donations of others to his foundation for his business expenses and paying civil fines imposed on his businesses. Trump has been found guilty or discrimination and fraud, but those were civil sanctions, not criminal convictions. People have created an imaginary swirl of complaints about Hillary Clinton, but they're not close to Trump's criminal actions. I think perhaps Barack Obama should preemptively pardon Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton of any wrongdoing to avoid the usual commotion. I know some Republicans who are just aching to impeach Trump and replace him with Mike Pence.
