I think the only thing that will take the (R)'s down is another Great Depression, unfortunately.

A thought that has crossed my mind as well. I assume you know Krugman is forecasting a global depression reasonably soon. Because the Trump ensemble will cripple what's left of the Fed's ability to smooth the ups and downs of unvarnished capitalism. Particularly in its present global mode.

We are not powerless. Join the Trumpcott. Goods from states that voted for Trump? Don't buy 'em. Grab 'em by the wallet. Florida produce? Let it rot. Wisconsin cheese? No freaking way. Don't visit red states. Keep your dollars for the states that are progressive. Buy Blue. That'll hurt them in the only place they care about. Pass it on.
