Eric<I didn't get to vote on the increase in authorized shares when they raised it to 50M.> wasn't the 50m authorized the original chartered amont when the company came public? Or did they raise the number to 50m after they became public? If the latter is true,it should be a definite concern to shareholders,that their vote isn't required ..DD
