She is on the verge of death. Your wishes are not relevant. President Trump is going to STACK THAT COURT!!!!

no she is not.........regardless, the Ds would parade her out there like Norman Bates dead mother to deny Trump another appointment............She's 83, Breyer 78 and Kennedy 81 They are the most likely next to step down for what ever reason. Recall Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Kagan and Breyer on important issues vote in lock step over 95% of the time. The four mostly conservative justices are not nearly as "pure". Kennedy is a swing vote. That's why conservatives lose more often than not. Replacing Scalia with someone in his mold only gets us back to the unacceptable position we were in. If Trump could replace Ginsburg, Breyer, and Kennedy with YOUNG reliable strict constructionist conservatives, we'd be in real good shape..........My wish is just as relevant as yours...........without vacancies, Trump can do nothing...........and Congress is NOT going to increase the number of justices..................the final caveat is whether Trump will really follow thru on his promises........I hope/wish/pray he does..........it's what got a flawed candidate my vote.
