Hi Anne. In regards to the shorters......

I find it interesting that my brokerage firm (NDB) has a policy of automatically placing any shares that I purchase into my margin account.

I always call them up immediately to request that the shares I have just purchased be moved into my "cash account". But they seem to enjoy keeping them in my margin account for as long as possible. I purchased several thousand shares between December 23rd and December 31st. ALL of these shares are STILL in my margin account, even though I have called FIVE TIMES and asked that they immediately be moved to my cash account.

These sleazy jerks (Pershing is the parent company) have obviously lent them out to their SLEAZY friends!

No hard feelings guys. ;-)

Roger
