Sorry, that is also my pet peeve about magazines and reports. It frankly drives me up the wall; wasting the customer's time, I call it. It means I don't pay any attention to any communications about my subs and thus often fail to renew at all! Don't do that! When I finish Telecosm (I have written some 40K new words in the last six weeks), I will go to work to make the report really sparkle. Forbes is in charge of the "fulfillment", though, and I guess this is not a case where I drop the nuclear weapon (call Steve). Thanks for mentioning the problem. I will bring it up if anyone asks me. But I have all I can do at the moment finishing my book and meeting my deadlines. Best, gg
