Eric,I also went through this with EXSO(made some great profits), eventually they reached there maximun authorized and refused to convert(after the price was hammered),instead opting for reaching a mutal agreement on the number of shares they would grant the debenture holders. We may be ask to vote on increasing the authorized number(still holding 10K "free shares").DD PS: may also be helpful to some, to read EXSO past press releases(last year or so) to get a handle on the Reg S..
