The logical conclusion to that sequence... 1. He makes false accusations of criminal activity 2. He states that if he is elected, he will prosecute her and put her in jail 3. Once elected, in order to avoid revealing that his accusations were just "locker room" talk, he tries to schlong her with his tiny little pard-on and... 4. Not having done anything criminal, she turns away, refusing to even look at his tiny little pard-on, leaving it shriveled and exposed forever.
