All: Regarding free issue of Y2KJOURNAL .. If you haven't already seen a copy of this publication, I highly recommend that you accept the offer of a free copy. It is a high quality magazine. You'll be surprised at the number of advertisements for Y2K remediation tools. There are companies that I've never heard of, and I'm in the Y2K business. (Well, used to be until I retired a year ago.) Caution is advised if you decide to follow up on any of those advertisements, though. It takes years to develop quality software to tackle the many aspects of the Y2K problem. Some of these latest additions to the software industry think they can develop a solution by reading the COBOL (or other language) manual and write a parser and auto-changer. Not so. Regards, TED
