Thanks Eric,I think I understand what you are saying: from the same 10SB12G <Artilces of Incorporation ARTICLE IV The aggregate number of shares which this corporation shall have authority to issue is 25,000,000 shares of a par value of $0.001 per share. Fully paid stock of this corporation shall not be liable to any further call or assessment. ARTICLE V The authorized and treasury stock of this corporation may be issued at such time, upon such terms and conditions. and for such consideration as the Board of Directors shall determine. Shareholders, shall not have preemptive' rights to acquire unissued shares of the stock of this corporation and cumulative voting is denied. I believe(and may be wrong there were 50M authorized but only 25M issued, and it appears(which is normal) that management has control,thus probably issued the remaining 25M. ( might be wrong) Where can I view prior(before 8/13/96) filings?TIA DD(Kenny)
