I agree, as I said in an earlier post: I'm not sure if TRP would build both Keystone and EE. If its a choice I prefer Energy East.

Keystone XL should now be a done deal with Mitch McConnell re-elected as Senate majority leader. He is on record wanting the Keystone XL pipeline approved as one of the very first items on Trump's to-do list.
