Why-this could be a new area of expertise for you-antiques expert that you are! When does a 10 year old venison roast become a collector's item? Should Averill insure it? What would an Eggo from the initial production line be worth now? We could have a yard sale to raise funds for our 98 investments.

There's a red snapper in the bottom of our freezer that I caught in Key West 22 years ago. Shall I pack it in dry ice and air mail it to you?
