I hope not-she used to be married to an attorney so should know better. I tried to call her yesterday but couldn't get her. Will try again today. This happened to my sister-in-law and it was very difficult. The dentist actually left the bit in her gum! She saw a lawyer and a new dentist who initially said he'd testify but then backed out because he said that if he did he'd never again get a referral from the dental community. So the lawyer said that they couldn't prove it-which I don't understand, but anyway, he second dentist did extract her tooth and finish the work because he felt bad for backing out. And she decided she just couldn't keep after it --she was emotionally drained.
