Michael,

You pride yourself on being a man that does impeccable research don't you? Then tell me why on earth would you be asking me to do your research for you.

Mike I can't believe it. We actually agree on someting else. Your right the shares can't be in two places at once. And RMCW not only owns the 4mil but also the augmentation agreement too.

No Mike Puhr did what he could to pull this one out. He was blind-sided by about $6mil in undisclosed liabilities. As for a vote, it wasn't necessary since the company had controlling interest.

Dig a little deeper into MVPH & PRTI....you will find that there is someone that is linked to both companies. I am a stockholder in PRTI, MVPH, and RMIL I've been around since it was HURI, so I've seen a lot of things. Prior to Mike Puhr being CEO there was this guy named Jim Ray who was CEO. I understand that he is a director of MVPH and may also be the secretary too.

I personally would not trust him... I also hear he is the cousin of Mike Berg. Ask them if the SEC is talking to them? You might also want to call and talk to this guy Nichols who is now the reported CEO of PRTI. Ask him where his 10Q is? What was his involvement in the MVPH share distribution to PRTI shareholders?

Check into it some more Mike, I think you've now got plenty to look into. JMHO of course. Heck I'm only a shareholder trying to do my own DD, maybe you can help me out.

TIA
Mike
