The above is how I have always understood it. When O was president he was constrained by the constitution and I was protected. When Trump is president he will be constrained by the constitution and the loony left will be protected.

And there in lies the key value of Trump winning - the maintenance of a less political justice system. We have been rapidly losing the justice system to political judges.
