Hi,
I'm concerned about mergers with companies
in the automotive industry.
I work for the largest
automotive aftermarket retailer in the country (20 yrs)
and I know how competitive it is.

In fact, the industry may be the most competitive
in the nation. With a shrinking market base
and an increase in competition (everybody sells tires)

my question is:

What makes this merger unique to whats going on
in the industry already and what percent of market share
do the merger canidates have?

Mike
