Thanks for the very good article, Jeff. Most libel and slander law in the US is based on common sense,but the UK aspect is something most Americans, including newspeople don't think about. It makes sense, though. Comments on the net would be no different than a letter to an editor, or any other public utterance.

The thought that PRST would initiate a law suit has me laughing out loud. The last thing they need is to give lawyers the opportunity to dig through their closet.
