Why don't you allow for the possibility that those people really are altruistic and care for their fellow man and not just for their fellow members of their little churches in the wood... Based on what we are now learning, Trump is not that kind of man and gave very little of his alleged wealth to charities unless he benefited and got his name plastered all over it.... He loves tax deductions as you know. The richest men in the country, Gates and Buffet, have pledged their fortunes to good works for the benefit of all the world's people.... Are there any Republicans that do that? Bill Clinton is trying to do the right thing but got trashed by Trump's dirty tricksters and will now have to fight to continue his good work..... Deplorables, were taught self-reliance and charity from your OWN pocket. We believe in free markets and capitalism, because that is the best way to ensure the most people benefit and have a chance to increase their own wealth through hard work. The Deplorables, most of whom have no HS diploma, work on farms or low skilled jobs. As farmers, they exist by getting paid not to plant and pay low taxes. The low skilled factory workers fear for their jobs because they are sure immigrants will take them by working for lower wages....they don't fault the entrepreneur who employs the immigrants to make more money for himself... So they hug their guns and their bibles and blame someone else for their personal lack of ambition and educational drive... They're xenophobic and racist because they don't have many who don't look them or worship like them in their towns. Comes time to collect SS and Medicare they don't refuse to take them....don't hear of farmers turning down subsidies either, all programs generated by dems..........
