Does anybody know why GBFC and TBRL are getting slammed today? I haven't seen any news, and IR from GBFC hasn't called back yet.

An interesting analysis by the Motley Fool.

Also, a definitive merger agreement was signed. It looks like the collar has been widened, yielding a minimum of $7.5 on the low side and $14 on the upside. I doubt we'll see anywhere near $14 though, given the current price of GBFC. It's worth hanging on for the moment though. The deal should be finalized in April.
