TED - What? You mean that there are firms out there claiming 100% accuracy that are stretching the truth just a little? Just a tad... but, that's what people want to be told. I'm wading thru a book ("Out of Control") that points out the disctintion between continuous systems (a car) and discontinuous systems (software). If you test a car at 50 adn 50mph, you can extrapolte how it will handle at 55. Not necessisarily so with large software systems... it may have worked flawlessly the previous 350,000 times, but now the parameters are just ever so slightly different & blammo! But you wouldn't know about this sort of behavior would you? <g> - David
