Point well taken wtett. I guess while I was typing I was simply trying to convey that Schrader appears to be marginally concerned lately. It is strange indeed, for over a year now the Street has been pressing him (and others) to get those numbers inline (EBITDA). No secret here...we all knew (anyone in this ISP sector) that the #'s meant everything lately.

The CEO of Netcom made some decisions that I disliked in the past...one thing though, I have to given him high marks for telling the street were, "near EBITDA positive" and then actually obtaining it shortly there after without any excuses. Schrader knows the game...still he ignored concentration here, instead going on spending sprees(that may be good long term but stink short term). More efort from him on the #'s seems like a better idea to me.

I dunno, I do not claim to know alot about this stock...havn't used a magnifying glass on it until recently when I entered (only watch it from a distance for a 2 years prior to that). Maybe I'm premature in thinking exit, but it still must be done for me...thought is in my head and well, you know how that goes! First surge and I'm out and heading to the sideline...will wait to try again later. Wish everyone here the best of trades/holds though.

Another thing this stock has going for it is BBN sold for 600 mil. I figure PSIX should/could fetch 350-500 mil...problem is I think Schrader rejects offers/phone calls like that do to being low (Speculation on my part).

Have a nice weekend,

Rich
