Agree, but in this case I had a response letter from the SEC indicating that they

"We may,however, .... refer your matter to another regulatory or law enforcement agency. Thank you again for taking the opportunity to submit your information to us"

As aside note no one will disconnect the ground wiring to your apartment in trying to electrocute you when taking a shower if the case was some nonsense

The justice department allocate their resource to the greatest benefit, so they tend not to like being used to criminally prosecute a case affecting few people in support of their civil lawsuit.

Interesting how you don't support the rule of law, regardless. It's yet another egregious example of your failed and failing ideology.
