I suspect the smaller companies who own the surrounding lands. Who have deferred drilling because of the low oil prices and limited capital, might be worth doing some homework on. I haven't done any recent homework. FWIW- I've sold the balance of my MCF all at a loss. I've noticed recently they bought some new acreage. I like the company before and still do now, because a good balance sheet in this industry.

170,000 acres in the Orogrande (50% to go away in a farm out once complete)
8800 net acres in the Midland.
Total market cap is only about 50mil
