Jack, our currency went from 220 yen to the dollar to a low of 80 yen to the dollar, I would rate such a change as devaluation. Other people would say that gold was once $35/once and now it is about $300/ounce, and some people would call that devaluation as well. I believe that the comment was made in that context.
