That seems a bit unfair. The idea was to get control of the Senate so that something could actually get done, and the polls showed her with a good lead. Like the rest of us, she underestimated the gullibility of the electorate.

I get the various arguments about Comey, trips to this or that state, etc. But I think the biggest miss and the one which concerns me now for the future is the miss of finding some way to address the economic grievances of middle America (in several senses).
