Banta seems like it is or would be a good alliance for Softquad. The 2 articles under Digital Solutions made me like what they are doing for 1998. Hope softquad is involved. Their Site is very interesting banta.com banta.com

Another question about Banta. Why wiould they have their divedend news, released on Dec 9, on their news site link, and not their release of teaming up with Softquad regarding Panorama Viwer and CD Rom publishing, releasded the same day? The news released from the 9 to now seems to be all tied together. Is this how mergers start?
