Baby steps. Coburn says it's going to happen. This was from late Aug this year : ....wow!........Coburn found his calling..........a great advocate for article 5............knowledgeable, passionate, determined..........he is just the right guy to push this.................still, if it happens during Trumps administration, we would be very lucky..............and if it doesn't we are probably screwed............Washington (Rs or Ds)simply will not reform themselves....just NO chance.
