shoulders becomes most significant when it occurs at the bottom, and
this one is pretty high. This particular H&S is also poorly defined.

Although the difference is small, technically the Dow is showing three tops with each successive top lower than the others!

It will probably be a good year to take your gains during one MACD
oscillation only, and to cautiously let price movement and volume
confirm upturns before jumping in. Strong RS keeps you out of junk
stocks, but rising RS means you have much higher probability of
further price increases.

I like "99 RS Stocks - which ones will get there" <gg> Generally, a
strong fundamental story, rising RS, upturning long term indicators,
and a strong change in price and volume will be as good as you can
get.

The creativity and helpfulness on this thread should help make this one a great place to stay on top of the uncertainties that are likely to be with us most of this year.
