&#147&#133infer that the implied validity of R. is overstated&#133&#148 is correct according to my public school education. Taht, of course, means it has a 50/50 chance of being correct.

No, wait&#151Ol&#146 Mrs. Swanson penned the English language, I believe. At the end of the day, I probably got a decent education, and any error is due to my own faulty memory (and having a few less brain cells than when I was ten).
