Hi, Mike--

Not sure why the newest edition of Netscape does this, but it happened to me, too. However, you can correct when it next happens, when the window that gives you the option to Save pops up. Instead of saving to file, go to the action choice, browse to your location of the q+ files, choose the appropriate one, and you are set. (this is exactly the process that you undoubtedly initially did for the application setup, but for some reason or other, netscape does not recognize it first off).

Hope this helps. Sorry that I cannot remember the exact wording in the netscape drop-down window.

Mike,
I use Netscape 4.01 and what you do is choose 'open', not save to file. Also you need to setup Netscape to use a new program...under preferences, navigator, then applications to use QP_view. Select 'new', and for description, enter 'Quotes plus', undre file extension, enter 'qpl', under mime, enter 'application/x-plus'. Application to use...c:\quoteplus\qp-view.exe %1 (make sure that there is a space between the exe and the %1)

I got this from QP when I set up the program.

Hope this is what you're looking for,
Chris
