I am perfectly calm. What makes you think I am not calm? I am concerned and rightfully so. What we are facing is even worse than most think, IMO. We are facing an existential danger so severe I see no way of getting through four years safely. And I think that is a sober assessment. Trumps first few appointments are hair raising e.g Flynn being so close to the nuclear codes. CIA and AG appointments. Trump is assembling power and for what purpose? Trump is not an administrator, he is a wielder of power. Playing footsie with Putin. I was very concerned about third party voters. Maybe we all should have pressed our liberal friends a bit harder to not be so silly. The pervasive civil rights marches of the 60s are credited with ending segregation in the South by bringing public attention to the issue. Of shaming the ones who were involved in segregation and bringing the people together in a common cause. It is very doubtful, that so many in the white community and others across the country would've joined hands with the African-Americans in their quest for freedom, had it not been for the protest marches. And time after time I see people trying to normalize Trump. That is a huge danger.
