koan - That is all just nuts. hahahaha I have an idea to run by you. I am thinking about starting a web site for pseudo intellectuals to receive recognition and respect. You could receive recognition from just being recognized all the way up to being highly recognized. Of course once you have attained "highly recognized" you could then grant recognition to the unrecognized. So what we would eventually have is a whole group of pseudo intellectuals highly recognizing each other. Then when posting on SI or any open forum those who are recognized could point to their recognition to add credence and authority to their pronouncements no matter how absurd they may be. The pinnacle of course would be the ranking of "highly recognized and highly respected". So maybe we need to design some certificates reading that "___________ is now recognized as a highly recognized and highly respected authority in the field of ________________ and is due high recognition and high respect in keeping with his high position of recognition and respect." Perhaps we should make one more higher position of recognition and respect. We could add the words "renown expert and leader in the field of __________" when referencing the highly recognized and highly respected. Boy, there is just no end to the crap we could stack up in recognition of each other. I know, I know, you who are impressed with such BS do not like being made fun of. I can't help it. I am a highly respected and highly recognized renown expert and leader in the field of poking fun at pseudo intellectuals who think more highly of themselves than they aught.
